city of heroes tanker secondary

It is my solo tanker. Please note, to anyone who just comes to say 'roll brute', I will have a brute at some point but it's not this character. With a couple of damage procs tossed into the powers there's no real reason to "stop" attacking. I will probably get resilient alpha and melee hybrid also as backups though.
