About the founder, Daniel Eppling

The founder, Daniel Eppling, has been in the business of counseling, behavioral efficiency and coaching since 1988. He has worked with hundreds of consultants at Krauthammer as Chief Innovation Officer, but also with a whole network of experts in different related fields. It is this experience and this network that are now being used for organizations.

The founder’s unique journey allows us to blend robust and proven practices with new, more experiential and systemic approaches based on the latest research in collective intelligence, positive psychology and neuroscience.
